What You'll Do
- Assist Store Manager with daily store operations
- Coach and develop sales team members
- Drive sales performance and meet store targets
- Handle customer escalations professionally
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandising standards
- Open and close the store as needed
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years retail or sales management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
