About This Role
As a Sales Consultant at Total Wireless, you'll be the face of our brand — connecting customers with the best no-contract wireless solutions. You'll deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and help grow our retail presence in your community.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Provide expert product recommendations and wireless plan guidance
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Process activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Stay current on products, plans, and promotions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
