About This Role
As a Store Manager at Total Wireless, you'll lead all aspects of store operations — from team building and sales strategy to customer satisfaction and inventory management. We're looking for entrepreneurial leaders who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all staff
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Manage store operations, inventory, and shrink control
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Implement company programs, promotions, and initiatives
- Build community relationships and drive local marketing
- Report to District/Regional management
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years retail management experience required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
